We are out of network with all third party payment groups. We have a discounted ability-to-pay scale, based on net annual household income and the number of dependents in your family. The fee chart is included in our intake packet, which you can review and settle for your peace of mind prior to your first appointment. We want this process to be as easy as possible for you, and if you have any questions at all, please call the counselor you would like to work with directly.
You can likely still use your out-of-network health insurance for a co-insurance (contact your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefits), HSA/Flex Spending accounts cover 100% of your session fees. If you want to file your receipts with insurance yourself, your counselor will discuss the pros and cons of reporting mental health diagnoses to your insurance company, as well as the pros/cons of working with managed care. Just ask!

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
